The initiative was supported by expert facilitators from key national agencies including the Ministry of Home Affairs, Royal Malaysian Police, Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Attorney General\u2019s Chambers, Securities Commission Malaysia and Bank Negara Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"766\" src=\"https:\/\/www.searcct.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-4-1024x766.png\" alt=\"Image 4\" class=\"wp-image-10259\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.searcct.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-4-1024x766.png 1024w, https:\/\/staging.searcct.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-4-300x224.png 300w, https:\/\/staging.searcct.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-4-768x575.png 768w, https:\/\/staging.searcct.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-4-16x12.png 16w, https:\/\/staging.searcct.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-4.png 1037w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the training, subject matter experts emphasized the importance of<br>adopting a whole-of-government and whole-of-society approach in countering<br>terrorism financing, underpinned by effective legislation, capacity-building,<br>intelligence sharing and public-private partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The opening and closing ceremonies were officiated by Datin Paduka Nur Ashikin Mohd Taib, Director General of SEARCCT and Supt Yong Thain Foh, Director of the Planning and Training Division.
